Hi everyone,

I noticed there haven't been posted any new pictures in this subforum for quite a while.
I haven't posted on this forum for like 10 years...
Time to show you my E. hardwickii pair I guess. :D
They are named Hard and Vicky ;-)

Best regards,
Johannes

Welcome back, Johannes! GU is hanging in there, but members are significantly less active.

Hard and Vicky make an awesome couple. I hope you'll share their offspring when the time comes. :D

... and it's out!
Wow. They nearly look exactly the same. Will be kind of hard to distinguish. Never had that problem with my E. macularius babys. But these two even have the same spot on the tail and spotting on the chin

here are pictures of the one that hatched today:

How exciting! Thanks for sharing! :D

Once a geckophile, always a geckophile, Johannes?

Both babies are 4 weeks old now. Growing and eating nicely.
I created a facebook page to frequently post pictures of my E. hardwickii.
If you are interested just search for "Hardwickii Hamburg".

Enjoy:

A new month. You guessed it: time for an update at 4 month of age.
I already posted these photos on my FB-page a few days ago. But this thread seems to have a lot more interested viewers than my page :blushing: So here we go:

To be honest they do not change that much at the moment. Just growing and gaining weight.
Maybe I should skip the december update. We'll see.

Many of us Geckos Unlimited keepers love seeing your photos! Ya know what they say: A picture is worth 1,000 words!

If you're weighing these Eublepharis hardwickii, you might post that as comparisons.

No time for fancy photos this month. But these two ladies do not want to disappoint their loyal GU fans.
So here comes a quick update at 5 months of age:

hardwickii 5 months 1.jpg
hardwickii 5 months 2.jpg

If you're weighing these Eublepharis hardwickii, you might post that as comparisons.

On my FB page I always post the current weight with the new photos. The one that is one day older started with a 0.8g advantage and is now leading with over 3g.

Happy New Year!
I hope 2019 brings more Hardwickii babys so I can keep this thread running ;-)

What awesome photo greetings! Us too, Johannes! It's refreshing to watch both your E. hardwickii ladies mature from Oregon, USA.

Thanks for stopping by with your good wishes. I hope 2019 brings health and happiness to you and to all your critters. :cheer:

These two will be available for the Hamm show in March.
So that means if somebody buys them, there will only be one or two more updates on them.
But if I hatch some more babies this season I will post their photos as well.

We've all appreciated these photos so far. If you do sell them in a couple months, I hope you'll continue on with newbies in the future.
